8–9 July 2025 | Böblingen, Germany

The 13th edition of the DNOW! Club just wrapped up and it was an incredible journey! Held at Compart’s global headquarters in Böblingen, Germany, the event was a two-day, hands-on Hackathon focused on pushing the boundaries of Customer Communication and Customer Interactions Management through Artificial Intelligence.

In collaboration with Compart, DNOW! brought together more than 30 global experts and service providers from across the CCM ecosystem to explore one bold question:
How far can AI go in transforming CCM?

As participants demonstrated, AI can already go remarkably far: from prompt-driven design to fully functional applications in just hours.

With early access to the new DocBridge® Communication Suite embedded with the AI Assistant, attendees were challenged to design full CCM workflows from data structures to templates and business logic without writing a single line of code. After just one hour of training, participants began producing fully functional CCM prototypes, highlighting the revolutionary potential of prompt-driven development.

The agenda also featured team challenges and real-world use case testing and a strategic brainstorming session on the future of AI in the industry.

Throughout the event, one message stood out clearly:
The world of CCM will never be the same again.

This edition of DNOW! Club not only showcased groundbreaking technology but also offered a glimpse into a new era where repetitive CCM tasks are automated, migrations are streamlined, and communication creation is accelerated through AI-supported co-pilots.
